Del Bailey - Solicitor and owner of the practise
Del has over 35 years experience in all aspects of Conveyancing Law and Employment Law and is Conveyancing Quality Accredited.
After a long and successful career dating back to 1969 Del founded his own practice in 2003 which specialises in property transactions and employment matters.
Frances, a Cambridge law graduate, is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Manchester which is the next career step leading up to her qualification as a solicitor. Her part-time role at Baileys is that of business administration manager involved with the implementation and maintenance of systems and procedures. She also has some dealings with clients in conveyancing matters; assisting with the early paperwork and organising the registration of transactions at the Land Registry.
